the cleveland imc website is now running the new sf-active codebase beta 0.92.... new orleans is also running it, they were the first to run it on staughton, so we are the second

new features:
* Email validation for articles (can be turned on/off)
* promotion of articles to features
* making midsize pictures (if needed) for articles and thumbnails for search
* move uploads to monthly directories & provide some real basic multimedia galleries
* full calendar search
* some speedups for mysql-queries
