DESCRIPTION:

In the past three months alone, there have been 4 reported incidents of sexual-misconduct / sexual-violence on the John Carroll campus. There have also been reports of racist graffitti, and homophobia within the student body. There will be a rally on thursday, December 9, at 12:15pm on the JCU quad. The rally will bring survivors, allies, friends, family, faculty, and staff together to speak out against these incidents - and to generate positive social change through the formation of new anti-oppression groups and activities on campus. This work will hopefully involve coordination by students and school administration alike.
