FBI Refuses Complaint Alleging Ohio Voter Fraud

WHITE PLAINS, NY - The White Plains office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation today refused to accept a complaint detailing allegations of compound felonies of voter fraud, conspiracy and other offenses in connection with the Ohio conduct of last month's presidential election.
A group of election activists called Transparent Democracy - including civil rights attorney Michael Sussman, Greenburgh town supervisor Paul Feiner, and four others - attempted to present the complaint at noon today while dozens of protestors carried signs outside supporting the call for an investigation.
The smaller group was denied access to the FBI's Westchester offices at 222 Bloomingdale Road in White Plains. Organizer Nicholas Mottern had previously arranged with the office to present the complaint. However, when they arrived in the building's lobby, he and the others were informed by building security that the FBI had instructed management not to allow them access to the Bureau's offices, and that the FBI would not send a representative down to the desk to accept the complaint.
In response to the Bureau's action, Sussman, Feiner and Mottern signed into the building register and left the document with the desk clerk for delivery to the Bureau. A local cable news station later reported that the FBI refused to accept delivery of it.
In response to the Bureau's actions, the group called another rally for Wednesday, December 8 at noon to demand that the Bureau accept the complaint and investigate the allegations of fraud in time to prevent a possible theft of the election. Wednesday's rally will likewise take place at 222 Bloomingdale Road in White Plains.
Video of the attempted presentation of the complaint, and some footage of the rally, is available at www.debar2004.com/video/120304fbi1.rm and more footage will be posted over the weekend.

FBI: Fumbling Bureaucrats of Ineptitude. Even Jane Edgar Hoover ran a better ship between his drag queen gushes. With the new bush puppet in command, the FBI is nothing more than a has-been wannabe. The sooner the Congress impeaches and removes the current "administration" of traitors, murderers, and profiteers, we can get back to trying to run a democracy with a real FBI. How's that for a rant? Ohio voters should be going into the offices of Mr. Blackwell to demand he take a lie detector test, maybe even using some of the tactics of the interrogation crews at Iraqi prison camps to get the information of fraud from his turncoat lips. After all, isn't the US telling the courts that it is okay to use torture to get information? Why would this be any different? Can anyone believe this scenario in our once great country? Imagine, a moron sits in the White House, with strings pulled by his Cheney of command, and a Rove who twists and weaves the fibres of truth into political bloodletting. Isn't it time this nation find out just what kind of bible these DC-vers are reading, and what kind of "values" are being preached...and without DeLay?

Well, excuse me! When did Ashcroft pass a rule that allowed a law enforcement entity to decide which complaints they "would" accept? I guess it falls in line with the lawyer for Enron becoming the Attorney General, James Baker's law firm defending the govt against the 9-11 victims and on and on. I used to watch Fox news (only at times, ok) until I noticed that Colmes and Gibson looked like the adult versions of Beavis and Butthead.

Our main stream media ignores so many critical coverages that I am afraid they should be boycotted. They cover the Ukraine fraud but not our own.

We have to make sure this never happens again. We have to organize. I have been looking to see if Moveon.org and some of the other 527's and have failed to find anyone that wants to take on the republicans and the voter fraud issues. This can never happen again.

Never let it happen again? Hell, we shouldn't let it happen NOW. If we let the BFEE get away with this there is no stopping them EVER AGAIN.. Our country and environment is at stake along with Our standing in the world. Rmember Bush is doing this because he seems to think he has a MANDATE. He wasn't elected the fisrt time and he wasn't elected this time by the people. Let it happen this time and I bet we will have the draft and be attacking another country within a year..MARK MY WORDS

It is increasingly obvious that federal branches that once worked for the "United States" now exist to protect, serve, and represent the Republican Party of America which dominates the Republican States of America and subjugates the SSA (Subject States of America), and not the US (as in the United States or America or "us" the people of what used to be the "United States", The FBI are Republican-American and serve their America. The Federal Bureau of investigation is the Republican Bureau of Investigation (RBI), and they protect and defend and serve the best interests of the Republican Party of America. What was the United States Justive Department is the Republican Justice Department, and they serve the best interests of the Republican Party of America. What was the Supreme Court of the United States is now the Judicial Branch of the Republican States of America. The Centrial Intelligence Agency is one of several branches of the Secret Police of the Republican States of America and work for the Republican Party of America. The "Red States" are the Republican States of America (RSA), and the rest of us are the "SSA", the Subject States of America. Its all so clear. Asking the RBI to investigate if the RPA rigged the election that allows them to keep "us" subjugated is asking them to betray their country, the RSA, and their government, the RPA. They have too much integrity for that!

FBI has NO jurisdiction within Ohio

The FBI has no jurisdiction within Ohio or any other state. See US Const. Art 1 Sec 8 which specifies that Federal laws apply only to "..such District [i.e., Washington DC] not exceeding 10 miles square".The FIB -I mean FBI- does not want to come out and admit this lack of jurisdiction in the states , so apparently are just ignoring your request. Th biggest stretch of their jurisdiction comes when inter-state phone calls are made when they try to apply the 'commerce clause' to get (unconstitutional, therefore unlawful) jurisdiction.I would reccommend going to the city, county,or state police -and if evidence is sufficient get thousands of people to go to the Grand Juries and get specific indictments against culpable individuals!

Since we alleged a conspiracy which was orgainized and implemented across state lines, the FBI does have jurisdiction.

What about the alleged F.B.I. agents who locked-down several precints during vote tabulation under the guise of a "terror alert?"
internet crosses state lines

If any information was sent by email or otherwise over the internet, the odds are infinitessimally small that data did NOT cross state lines. Thus this is very much an FBI matter.

The FBI's jurisdiction is any place it wants to be in the USA, and in some cases, overseas. That White Plains, New York has an FBI office to make complaints about fraud in Ohio, is not unusual, nor out of jurisdiction. Every FBI office in this country should be looking into vote fraud all around, not just the "swing" states. By the way, that is such a misnomer (swing) because anyone who would vote for a republican for anything, is incapable of swinging. Ask any jazz musician.

It is vital to have a full and complete investigation of this past election, not only in Ohio but else where. Any place there were problems, irregularities, or voters turned away. We must not let two elections in a row be stolen by the GOP. This so undermines our Democracy and to make it a farce. I believe this election had a many illegal problems and any in Ukraine. Because this is America we don't want to believe it. So investigate it totally and prove that it was on the up and up.

The obvious and arrogant voting fraud began openly in 2000. When the moron bush was told Gore had won Florida, he said, on national TV, "That can't be right." Now isn't that a strange reaction? Why not, "I hope that isn't right," or..."Maybe that's a mistake." Oh, no, he knew his bro was on the case, and there would be no Gore victory. Katherine Harris made sure the votes were messed up and counted to favor the bushwhackers. The same process put her into the House of Representatives in 2002, no doubt her reward for her traitorous moves of two years earlier. It's a ditto show this time around, not only in Florida, but Ohio where Mr. Blackwell cares not about the disenfranchisement of his own people, but his own benefit. Where will he be in two years? Hmmm, I wonder. Voting fraud...nah...nah...of course not....this is the age of the GOP....Genocide, Oil, and Profiteering, screw the public...ha ha ha ha. Red states...blood states...The mind boggleth. If this were Ukraine, people would be in the streets demanding the ouster of the frauds who hide behind the skirts of "God." Traitors, all.

This is an update on this article. I was with the group the first time and I'm in the video that Don made on that day. On Wednesday we went back to the building and we were able to talk to an FBI agent who took our letter. He said that he would get back to us, but that the letter had to go through the usual FBI channels. So score one for persistence and courtesy. Everything was done in a peaceful manner except for the security guards who I believe need to stop drinking so much coffee. They weren't going to let us even stay in the lobby until the building managers came down and that is when the FBI agent came down to the lobby to see us. We weren't allowed upstairs, but this was just as good. Now we wait.
