[WARNING: VIOLENT CONTENT]
4 minutes, 49 seconds
Quicktime .MOV file
QuickTime movie at 18.9 mebibytes
Graphic Video evidence taken by neighbors of Warren police assaulting Lyndal Kimble, supposedly in an "effort to obtain evidence" they claim he tried to swallow. Also a clip taken later on of the police videotaping the household where the video camera that taped the beating went into.
Thanks!

"Brutality"? NOT! they used presure points and take downs. Had the turd placed his hands behind his back, and NOT swollowed dope, the officers would not have had to do any of that. The police showed great control, a perfect situation for a tazer! Ant the videographer tapeing the police doing surveilance, their comments were priceless! Police were fighting crime, and the turds were bitching about harassment! They were pissed because the police were about to hamper their proceeds. Salute the Warren PD! Keep up the good work!!!

I would like the viewers of this email and Indy media to know...
yesterday the Sixth circuit court of Appeals in cincinnati dismissed an appeal take by warren and its officers intending to dismiss the civil rights case against the warren officers who participated in this video taped beating...
The case will now be remanded after a year and half of premature unnecesssary appellate efforts that were designed to kill off the civil rights litigation against warren...
but the court of appeals sided w/ the argument of plaintiff's counsel and found, despite negligence on the part of the plaintiff's counsel that the bigger problem would be to dismiss, unnecessarily the case brought by LYndal Kimble against Warren's three white officers who were "subduing" him....
The case lives and we are on to the next serious round of getting to bottom of what really happened to Lyndal Kimble
this is very good news for all those who have followed w/ sympathy the Kimble and other related civil rights cases similar to his in Ohio and elswhere in the USA
Human rights ...its nice to note, do matter at times to those in the highest courts of america and just perhaps.LYndal will see some justice and his children for watching what even conservative talk show host Bill Oreilly said..."was unaccecptable to any american"
