About 3000 people attended the annual Peace Show this September 4th, triple last years attendance
The Peace Show was created as a statement against the Cleveland National Air Show which is a display of America's military power.
Attendees watched live music, listened to tales spun by a story teller, created jewelry, and had their portrait drawn by a character artist, along with other activities.
Toward the end of the show they even had their own air show, flying dozens of paper "peace planes" as a spiritual balance to the many military planes nearby.
Along side the Peace Show was a display called "Eyes wide open" a display of military boots representing the ohio troops that have been killed in Iraq. There were also many shoes representing the civilians killed in the same war.
