States should sue Mexico over "illegals!"

The Mexican Govt.has knowingly and unlawfully shifted and shirked the responsibility for the health and welfare of its citizens onto the backs of the citizens of the USA.
The Mexican Govt.has knowingly and unlawfully shifted and shirked the responsibility for the health and welfare of its citizens onto the backs of the citizens of the USA.
Individual State govts should sue Mexico for the costs and damages that illegal Mexicans are causing to their economies including health and welfare costs etc.
The Govt of Mexico has full knowledge of what its illegal immigrants are doing in the U.S. and how these illegals are contravening U.S.laws, are negatively impacting and even destabilizing the economies in a large number of U.S.States.
