Today kicks off the first day of an 8-day vigil for the people killed in the Iraq war.
The 200 hour vigil is being held at the Soldiers' & Sailors' Monument in downtown Cleveland, it began at 5:00 a.m. this morning and will continue till 9:00 p.m. March 15th.
The event is sponsored by 26 different groups including Military Families Speak Out, and Families of the Fallen for Change. Organizers say that each second of the vigil represents 1 life lost in the Iraq war.
