the author of this 911 Hoax news blog believes that Senate Bill 1959 is designed to criminalize all speech, particularly if you are trying to mention that the 911 planes aired on TV were obviously fake.

However, from cursory glance, it also appears to be applicable retroactively. So, if you spoke against the idea of aluminum planes disappearing into steel buildings in 2002, the government can still produce a cached version of your website and arrest you.

S. 1959 means that if you have ever publicly said that real planes can't disappear like ghosts into steel buildings and you lose all your property.
