toxic gas drilling must be banned

This story is very important to us here Ohio.
It's about a New York City pol who is trying to cut deals with a few NIMBY homeowners and the gas industry. Seems they're even deploying a crappy egomaniacal film-maker, Josh Fox, who is defending sell-outs like this guy (Councilmember James Gennaro) (his film is REALLY bad!)
These people have it straight! Taking on fake "environmental" organizations and their sleazy political allies who compromise with the extremism of the gas industry.
I hope OGAP, the NRDC, and Congresswoman DeGette get real about supporting gas drilling that is devastating rural america and stealing people's land through eminent domain!
The flyer at the end of this thread is particularly cool.
But the discussion is enlightening too!

Hey, this is Josh Fox. Whatever you think of my film, I feel compelled to say that you have my position dead wrong. I am for a total ban on Gas Drilling wherever it effects water quality, air quality or public health.
And I think that it would serve the activist community here to stop attacking each other and keep focused on the gas companies that are the real problem.
